Located in Lower Session Road, within Prism Studio is a quaint, little sandwich shop called The Sandwich Guy which claims to sell the world’s first hexagon sandwiches.
You won’t be disappointed with the variety of sandwich fillings they have to offer. They have a selection for meat-based sandwiches and vegetarian sandwiches.
Here are a few of our favorites:
Crabsticks and Mangoes. (PHP58 – half / PHP105 – whole) Feeling Japanese-y? Go for this sandwich! It has fresh ripe mangoes, crabsticks, and seaweeds that will make you wanting to have another piece.
HBLT. (PHP58 – half / PHP105 – whole) You probably know what BLT stands for, but this sandwich has an additional H for ham! Who doesn’t love ham in their sanwich?
BBQ Tofu. (PHP48 – half / PHP75 – whole) The tofu in this sandwhich is drenched in a really flavorful sauce. You won’t even notice that this is a vegetarian sandwich. It’s like having meat, minus the guilt!
Italian Style. (PHP53 – half / PHP95 – whole) Just the right amount of meat and the right amount of veggies make this Italian sandwich very “delizioso.”
They say sandwiches are perfectly paired with pasta or potatoes, and since we are pasta-loving people, we tried out all of their pastas, which also come in either half or whole servings.
What makes these pasta dishes tasty is the hefty amount of cheese that adds fun to their flavor.
Creamy Carbonara, (PHP45 – half, PHP85 – whole)
Tommy Boy, (PHP40 – half, PHP70 – whole) and Pesto, (PHP40 – half, PHP70 – whole)
For a small place, we like how they really maximized the space without sacrificing the aesthetics of interior design.
Go grab a sandwich at The Sandwich Guy for a lovely indoor picnic experience in the center of the bustling city.
